JOB VACANCY: Part Time Finance Assistant
We are recruiting for a part-time Finance Assistant, working 3-4 days per work for a 14 month contract covering maternity leave.
The role would suit a motivated candidate who is able to operate on their own initiative and has working knowledge of Sage 50. Candidate will also be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a busy finance team, managing a broad range of finance tasks.
Office hours are 08.30 – 17.30 Monday – Thursday, and 08.30 – 16.30 on Friday.
- Purchase & Sales Ledger processing
- Order processing - Booking in / booking out
- Process and reconcile petty cash account
- Process and reconcile Credit Card and PayPal statements
- Stock Adjustments
- Stationery orders
- Other ad hoc finance related duties
- Accounts Experience
- Experience of Sage 50.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
